海景不錯

房間有小露台可望海，一望無際，白天景色很美，也很寧靜，早上有人游冬泳，海灘附近有遊樂場，可閑坐、散步、拍照。

整体来说，環境清幽宁静，是偷得浮生半日闲的首选。只可惜地毯未吸乾淨，厠所有少許異味，而冲涼花灑头是頂上固定的，很不爽！職員礼貎不錯！

The lobby is not great but the room exceed expectation and the view is simplily magnificent. Good for a quiet stay and lots to eat around the place!

舊式酒店，設備較舊，不過有無敵海景加露台， 服務員親切有親。整體ok。 唯要求雙人床，變了兩張單人床泊埋，笑了！ 再去長洲，我會再去。

Staying for six nights but the maids only clean and tidy the room for three nights🙂. No information when asked about the direction travel to sightseeing, No map or any suggestions

Convenient and great view

5 minutes walk from the harbour (which is 40 minutes ferry from the Central Hong Kong). Great sea view from the room (need to specify while booking).

原本book的是海景露台房， Check in 時說沒有，只有一樓冇露台的海景房或三樓山景房。 幾經辛苦，才能爭取會應有的海景露台房。 但職員態度很差，好像是我們的錯。 另房間沒有風筒，非常不方便。 沖涼水溫不夠熱。 很差，很差 很差 很差

近沙灘..風景優美 不過冷氣太凍，

沙灘風景很美，酒店夜晚9點，無買賣，包括飲品，行10分鐘到碼頭，飲食都有很多選擇 中午飲茶也不錯 晚飯，酒店客人，可加$100 揀三款餸菜 到碼頭那邊吃海鮮也可以 價錢也很合理 落沙灘遊水超方便 酒店也有安排在酒店樓下BBQ

很不景氣的洒店。

浴缸水塞不靈，面盆甚至沒有水塞。桌上臺燈燈罩佈満黑色霉點不忍直視。床頭位對正頭部（當人躺下離頭部半吋）竟是個電話插板，不知怎麼設計的，腦殘嗎？大堂接待處人員永遠在玩手機，問他問題愛理不理的。十多二十年前來過不是這樣，却沒想到現在變成這麼差，很遺憾。

Excellent sea view. Bed is comfortable. A relax trip to Hong Kong. Staff are very nice. Although the swimming pool is small, I have fun with my family.

樣樣都好, 但須翻新的酒店

等了電爐20分鐘, 洗不夠五分鐘沒熱水, 半夜洗澡很狼狽. 冷氣又調節不到, 很冷. 樓下的酒樓點心很可口, 職員道地香港人情味.

Doesn't advertise what they have properly

Was first given a dirty room (hair all over the carpet, stains on sheets) and then relocated to another room which was again dirty. Finally was given a cleaner room however it was not what we had booked (Sea View) and was cheaper than what we had paid. Couldn't get a refund for the difference in price of the rooms.

酒店很舊，要上、落樓梯才到大堂，格音極差，服務台電話常不通，沒免費wifi。唯可取之處是海景很美清靜和大堂提供免費少量單車、溜冰鞋和滑板車給小朋友租用。

員工有禮賣力，錯在管理。

一向都知這酒店由於是全長洲唯一酒店，他們的表現都有欠進取，但去年為方便義務工作一住，卻被它的海景露台早餐所吸引。今年重到，海景早餐竟因暑假關係而取消，換上的是房間連早餐的「套餐」。員工態度誠懇，但面對不思進取的管理，不是歷史建築卻有如80年代酒家的陳舊大堂及用餐區，房間仍舊用鎖匙開門，床鋪不夠整潔，房間不設免費上網服務，煞食項目竟然取消，多好的員工及難得的海景也難於吸引顧客再來。這問題完全是管理上的失誤。
