We loved this sweet apartment in downtown Evanston! It’s super-close to the L (Dempster), Trader Joe‘s, and great places to eat, and is equipped for light cooking if desired. Immaculate, too. We plan to stay here whenever we visit our son. Easy access to keys, well-secured building, safe area. Just great!

Property was outstanding. Perfectly clean, everything clean and set up well. Building very nice and well-maintained. Centrally located in Evanston. Great communication with host.

Worst experience. I booked the room and there was ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATION from the host, the number I dialed connected me with a VA service with people from overseas who promised to get back to me and never did. I must have made north of 10 calls. They approved the stay but didn’t share access info. This was EXTREMELY embarrassing for me and my guest who was supposed to stay there. We had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. This listing shouldn’t be even on Expedia. It only bring their reputation down as well.
