This property was great there are lots of dining options and grocery stores within a 5 min walk. Also close to bus routes and the train to travel north into the city further. I felt safe in the area and there was a great view from the window. The beds were also super comfy

We did enjoy our stay but I need to point out a few things. Loved the size of the room with those big windows. So much light. Kitchen/ living area well appointed. The bed was the worsted for comfort and the bedding made it worse. The shower had too much mold. On the back of the bathroom door was very dirty with handprints We did not have much interaction with staff but the lady in lobby was very pleasant and helpful So with a few adjustments this place could be a 10

Close to soldier field and northerly island for events, instructions for access were communicated very well and easy to understand. The only complaint I have is the sofa bed, the mattress is not conducive to sleep on.

We loved staying here! Check-in was very clear and easy, the apartment was clean and cute, and there were great places to eat just around the corner! Our only suggestion would be to have better window shades, or frost more of the windows. We didn't feel like we had the most privacy at night if we had the lights on in the apartment, and our window was up against the courtyard and stairway.

This Sonder property in Chicagoā€™s South Loop was a pleasant stay. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen, as well as nice views. It is located close to a grocery store, some nice restaurants and the Roosevelt station, allowing easy access to the CTA orange, green and red lines. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Chicago.

Our trip to Chicago and our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From an easy check-in and check out and also a central location too many attractions and activities. A quick walk to the train and the bus. Very close to a market too!!! The view was outstanding!! We will return. Thank you Sonder for going above and beyond!

We love staying at this location. The unit is modern, clean, well-furnished, and fully-appointed. Just a short walk to the Roosevelt L station makes it a short ride to the loop and museums, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Aside from some mildew around the tub, some stains on the linens (although they were clean) and no washcloths I did really like the unit. It was cozy and had ample room for the 2 nights I was there. The noise of the L was a bit much but if you bring a travel fan or use a noise app on your phone that will help. The big windows could definitely use heavier shades to drown out the light for those of us who would like to sleep in on vacation šŸ˜­
