"Room was clean, nicely decorated, on the smaller side, large walk-in shower, very nice hotel, close to Clark Quay lots of restaurants, huge buffet breakfast lots of choices. "

"Great hotel with Somerset MRT directly underneath, we took a Grab on arrival £13 to hotel but going back to the airport we were well versed with using the MRT after 4x days of visiting, so we took the MRT back £2! Hotel has a great rooftop pool open till 10pm & the rooms were immaculate with daily cleaning. The hotel were aware of our birthday’s & we had a large bed decoration & treats provided for us on arrival, our hotel mirror had hand decorations/artworks from the hospitality team…. Just a fabulous experience. We ate breakfast in the shopping centre below the hotel everyday (Tim Hortin’s & bakery’s & others, there is so much choice of eating & clothes shopping if you forget anything & a 7/11 for water, juice etc). "Pan Pacific was amazing from start to finish. The service was impeccable — quick, efficient and genuinely warm, with every member of staff going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The Singapore Slings were delicious, and the pool staff deserve a special mention for being attentive without ever being intrusive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Food throughout the hotel was tasty and very reasonably priced for the quality, and the location is excellent — it really speaks for itself. A wonderful stay and somewhere we would happily return to."
