La taza del baño estaba sucia

Muy mal. Tardaron 1 hora en darnos habitación porque no tenían disponinles. No tienen aire acondicionado. Y no nos dieron el desayuno porqué se les acabo la comida( bajamos 7:30 am a desayunar)

Si llueve no hay tele ni agua caliente.

Se anuncian como "aceptan perros" por esa única razón reserve en su hotel. Al llegar no aceptan perros, pero obviamente les informe que ellos accedieron en su página a aceptar mascotas , al final accedieron a permitir el acceso de mi perro solo por qué es pequeño. Nos asignaron una habitación realmente pequeña, 2 camas. No había teléfono, no llegaba la señal de internet. Pedí nos cambiaran de habitación para poder tener internet. En este hotel la lluvia afecta las calderas y no tuvimos agua caliente en nuestra estancia.

Tuve que cambiar de hotel

En las áreas de recepción y comunes estaba sin aire acondicionado, el elevador sin funcionar, el encargado de la recepción nos comentó que solo se proporcionan 2 toallas por habitación por todo lo anterior a pesar de que ya se había liquidado la reservación decidimos buscar otra opción y pedir el reembolso del pago. Yo sugiero que se retire de la oferta de Expedía porque queda muy mal el sitio al tenerlo como opción

Yo estuve en viaje de negocios, el hotel es cómodo y dada la zona me parece muy bueno en cuanto a costo y lo que ofrecen. La habitación es limpia y cómoda.

Malísima infraestructura y no resuelven problemas

Malísima experiencia agua fría no es posible ya que siempre ponen una excusa de que no funcionan por falta de personal o porque las calderas no Funcionan el caso es que no obtienes agua caliente en la regadera y el restaurante no siempr funciona en un juego de azar el que funcione, así que la mayoría de los casos no funciona

Viaje con pago doble

Al evento que asistimos muy bien, solo que al llegar y ver la reservacion en el hotel nos dijeron que no existia y que no habia cuartos, pero despues nos dijeron que si le pagabamos nuevamwnte si tenian habitaciones. Asi que fue lo que hicimos pagamos y ya pudimos hospedarnos ahi.

LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL EN MAL ESTADO, LAS HABITACIONES EN GENERAL SUCIAS Y DESCUIDADAS. SABANAS SUCIAS, PERCUDIDAS Y MACHADAS. EL ELEVADOR NO FUNCIONABA BIEN, NO ABRIA LA PUERTA EN LA PB. Un muy mal servicio

Llegue tarde al hotel, fui recibido por el turno nocturo, la recepcionista estaba cansada y no de buen humor, no hubi una sola sonrisa, el elevador no funcionada correctamente y me toco en el 2 piso (3er nivel) no habia personal de apoyo (botnes) un guardia del hotel solo veia como batallamos con 3 maletas familiares.
