Fortunately the hotel had availability and could accommodate us (and an early check in) however the room was very small for a family of 3 adults and 2 large suitcases "

"The Concierge was exceptional! I wish we had gotten his name. My husband thought he lost his wallet coming through immigration at the cruise port. The concierge called to inquire. Then he called the taxi that we rode in from the port to the hotel. It was found. Then he arranged to store our luggage and secure a limo taxi for the ride to the airport. We gave him a US gold plated coin to show our appreciation. You are lucky to have him."
