"I recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Singapore in a twin room. The experience overall was very positive, and I would rate my stay 4.5 stars. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though it was smaller than anticipated. Despite the compact size, the facilities were clean and the ambience pleasant. While there were no particular highlights provided, the overall impression of the hotel is one of quality service and a relaxing atmosphere. The minor issue of the room size did not significantly affect my enjoyment of the stay. "Great location in Singapore with metro and bus right outside. We chose to mostly walk to our sight seeing destinations as everything we wanted to do was within half hour or so. Room was small and basic but clean with good housekeeping and a great hot shower with nice quality toiletries provided. The pool was nice too for a refreshing swim. What we particularly liked was the friendly and helpful staff. The room was ready for us even though we arrived early from the airport and we were given a late check out free of charge. The staff really made an effort to make us feel welcome during our stay. "

Location was perfect for downtown walks and transport. Room just super. Would stay there again. Met 5 star rating. Perfect for our 50th anniversary!"
