The pictures of the outside of this hotel are not from this hotel at all. This company has two hotels, one on the square and another one on the edge of town. The one on the edge of town has the outside pathway and the beautiful (but freezing) pool. They allow you to use the other place for free but it is NOT where you actually stay. That hotel is a whole other place. It's very misleading!

Location Great, Customer Service Not so Great

The hotel itself in clean and centrally located. The customer service needs some help. It itook a while to convince the front desk woman I had paid in full with my credit card. In fact, I had already made a payment on the purchase at that point. Then in Spanish, she told my friend who was with me how rude I was. She also refused to allow any guests into our room. We had friends in town and we wanted to watch Game of Thrones together and she would not allow it. No guests are allowed in the rooms on her shift at all. It was a rather abrupt way to speak to paying hotel guests.

Older hotel but quant. Bath smelled horribly of sewer but corrected after shower was used :). Staff was exceptional! Could not ask for nicer people. Made my stay very pleasant.

Staff will go the extra mile to please. Location is just great, in the very center. It has a parking, although not very close to the main building. Rooms are OK and there is a nice interior patio. Breakfast is good

Un poco caro para lo que ofrece, un punto a su favor la piscina dl hotel hermano, Camino Maya Ciudad Blanca, que alivia el calor tras la visita al sitio arqueologico.

Great hotel to stay at. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and decent but the air conditioner made noise ALL night and kept waking us every so often. Your stay comes with free breakfast but the breakfast is a 5 at best. They didn’t seem please that they weren’t getting paid directly and there was hair and egg shell in the eggs.
