Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno non è andato come speravamo, all'arrivo la proprietaria ci ha accompagnato in camera, peccato non fosse quella prenotata ma una di categoria ben inferiore. Quando abbiamo fatto presente con tanto di mail di conferma che avevamo richiesto la camera romantica col caminetto ci è stato risposto che l'altra costava di più, non sapendo nemmeno quanto avessimo già pagato ma dando per scontato che fossimo persone non in grado di permettersi una camera più bella. Poi ha aggiunto che lei non aveva ancora ricevuto il pagamento che noi invece avevamo effettuato, anche in questo caso abbiamo dimostrato il pagamento e nonostante ciò la camera non ci è stata data anche se disponibile.
