We stayed here in 2024 and chose to stay at Vanda Hotel again when we visited Da Nang again Aug /Sept 2025. What we like about the hotel is its central location. Everything is in walking distance, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. The facility is clean. But what i like most here is the hotel's staff. Everyone is friendly, their manner is always pleasant and they are always helpful. One such gentleman is Mr. Văn Điệu, he will help you whatever your need is. I strongly recommend Vanda Hotel and I won't hesitate to choose Vanda Hotel for my next vacation in Da Nang.

The amenities and service of the hotel is more than worth the price. I stayed in the grand suite and the view was amazing. The place was spotless, it's easy to get housekeeping, and the breakfast was amazing. They also offered a complementary ride to the airport when I checked out. Definitely will be staying here again.

My sister and I had a room with the Dragon Bridge/river view. It was beautiful to wake up in the morning to see that amazing view from our window and even more so when it was lite up at night. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes walk. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Well located hotel

The hotel is well located, close to the dragon bridge. The room was large with good amenities. Staff were very friendly and arranged a transfer to the airport for us. I booked the hotel as it had a rooftop bar, however on arrival found that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event- this was very disappointing.

Great view of the Han River and Dragon Bridge. Breakfast was great! Was not satisfied of the Rooftop restaurant. Food service was challenging when staff could not understand English and had them take back the food I ordered. Mango juice taste diluted with water not what I expected for the price.

Across the street from the dragon bridge makes it a prime location. However, our room smelt stale and a faint smell of cigarettes. We were also advised to book a over priced ride and return trip from Ba Na hills. This trip cost 500-600k VND more than what Grab would have cost. We were told by hotel staff that our signal may not be strong enough to book a Grab ride back to the hotel and that there might not be drivers offering rides back. This was the EXACT opposite of reality and was very upsetting to find out we were lied to.
