Excellent space. Clean fresh and well presented. Quality linen and fixtures A new hotel so presents very well Food? Poor overall. Buffet breakfast advertised but not available. Limited choices and food was unappealing in presentation and taste. Staff very poor communication. Literally chased us around to ensure we paid for our coffee!!! Even when we were moving from lounge to pool. We had paid for two weeks but moved out for a week to a more friendly hotel down the road. My room 314 was small compared to others. Shower was tepid every morning and using the coffee caused the lights and power to go off. Maintenance man showed me where trip switch was and EVERY time I boiled Mattel this happened Asked for a bottle opener for our room do we could have a a beer there. Twenty minutes later staff came and asked for it back😳 so we bought one the next day Breakfast tables are in full sun so it’s uncomfortable at mealtimes unless you like sitting on a sofa in the shade. and eating off your lap. Lastly pool is accessed by a wooden hump bridge which is steep and slippery Not easy to negotiate if anyone has mobility issues and there is little shade for most pool loungers The spa on-site is average and expensive. One massage was ok. The facial was awful. Rough flannels used to remove products instead of soft tissue or soft cloth. It was raw!! Maybe teething problems but there are better hotels out there which are better equipped friendlier and offer better

The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was actually a very special experience their attention to refilling areas and the pride they took in their work was 5 star. The room super clean and the hotel is new - no noisy resort goings on just pure brand new bliss. Taxis, local knowledge etc all good. Wake up and get in the pool outside your door - back and forth on your outings home to luxury. will be coming back :) Thanks everyone.
