A Victorian exterior with an ivy-covered courtyard is highlighted by the delicate wrought iron fencing encircling the front entrance to immediately take you back in time to the Denver of old. The entryway opens into the living room and provides a gas fireplace and ample couch seating, comfortably placed in front of the flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities (for streaming you will need to log into your account). The dining room has a classic wooden table with matching chairs and a bench account for seating to cover each guest. Next, you’ll pass a cabinet full of wonderful ideas and adventures to help ensure you never have a dull moment exploring Denver! Across the hall is the 3/4 bathroom with a stand-up shower. Access to the washer and dryer in the basement is also located here. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and more than enough cooking supplies to make for a delightful stay whether your dining in or experiencing world-class Denver take-out. The second level holds all three of the bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a large King bed with room for the Pack ‘n Play provided. Each of the 3 bedrooms provides a comfy Queen-sized bed for nightly rejuvenation after enjoying everything that Colorado’s outdoors has to offer! Enjoy the secluded back patio with an outdoor picnic table and propane grill for afternoon hangouts and BBQ’n!! Also located here is the entrance to the detached garage with 1 parking space available for your use. Within this area, there is a great deal to do! You'll see in the pictures some of my favorite spots with most of them located within a 10min walk of the house. This historical Capitol Hill neighborhood is rich with culture and diversity, and is one of the most sought after areas to live in Denver! Just blocks away from the Governor's Mansion, The Kirkland Museum, The Denver Art Museum, The Molly Brown House, and The Capitol Building, you won’t run out of entertainment. There is plenty within reach, but there is oh so much more available throughout Denver should you choose to explore. It is also within walking distance to Cheesman Park and the Denver Botanic Gardens, a must-see while in town, and is also within minutes by car of many Denver attractions such as the Denver Zoo and the Denver Aquarium. We are not responsible for parking violations. Trash Instruction: Trash & recycling bins are located inside the garage. Tuesday is the typical pickup day of the week. Someone may enter the garage during your stay to roll the cans to & from the curb, but NO ONE will enter the home. Thanks for your cooperation! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home including 3 bedrooms; patios; grill; 1 car garage; washer & dryer. Detached Garage: 17' wide x 18' deep x 77” tall Linen Location: Located in the upstairs hall closet. Additional House Rules: - Please treat this as your own home. - Please use coasters on the dining table. - Please leave all used towels and hand towels in the basement by the washing machine (dirty hamper). - Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle before leaving, or additional fees may be applied. - No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings - **$1000 fine** - Quiet hours 10pm-8am - If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages. - Must be at least 25 to book the property. - Check out time is 11 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
