Huge security issue.

The staff was completely and utterly oblivious to the fact that someone had broken in to my room with visible outside damage to the window. The room was partied in and left completely trashed after the vandals made use of the room. The best experience of the whole deal was that there was no issues when it came to a refund.

The clerk was short tempered. Our room was in the very back of the property. People sitting outside rooms drinking beers. Being loud. Room had No towels no soap no shampoo. TV remote did not work. Cabinet doors off. Someone used a master key and walked in on us. Said sorry the curtains were open. Definitely do not stay here.

ugh

Parking lot looked like a homeless camp. Hallways seemed sketchy, I wasn’t comfortable putting my stuff on the carpet and I used to be in a punk rock band. No toilet paper or spares. Phone could not be hung up and was making the fast busy signal. The Kleenex box was behind the chair on the floor, hair that was not mine in the shower

WTF

When I checked in around 10pm the first room that they put me in the bed wasn't made and the stains on the carpet were horrible. I went back to the office and the very rude young lady at the front desk told me that they only had one other room which I accepted and I spent from 10:30pm till 3am cleaning every square inch because it was so filthy. I have been here three days and I've had to leave every day to shower do to the fact that there is no way to shower in my room because there is just a plastic pipe coming out of the wall. The property looks like we are in the ghetto of downtown Denver and they do not have any amenities such as the grab and go breakfast that's advertised. Half the rooms are renovated and I was told by the manager after she came to my room with a taser that they have a pro lem with homeless peie breaking into the rooms. If I had any other options I would not be staying here but since I Cleaned my room to my standards it's at least tolerable.

A night. In hell

This place was not at all as advertised . There was not any linen or bedding at all no towels. The staff was rude .breakfast on the go ?? Yeah right if you want to eat you have to go elsewhere . I would not recommend this place to anyone

It was ok the ac was barely working made hella noise like it was going out they gave us towels for freakin’ wash cloths the telephone wasn’t working you only got 10 channels on tv but for the price I didn’t complain

Pricey.. Durtiest place I've stayed

"Oh my" is all I said when I entered the room. I paid $75 to stay 2 nights in Vegas at casino hotel, and it was super nice. Stayed here 2 nights paid $192. *k -floor not vacuumed, felt sticky and I saw dirt/trash (clearly could've been vacuumed) also saw cigarette ash piles on floor..btw. It smelled strong of cigarettes badly. Could not open windows theyre jammed because all windows looked broken into or smashed screens.. - bed half made /give you a foam sheet as a blanket to sleep with.. lol I really laughed at that. Bed looked dirty so put my own blanket on top and comforter and pillows to sleep with. (Pillows had no sheets on them) - THE SHOWER... OMG I PUT THIS IN CAMPS BECAUSE MY SHOWER DID NOT WORK!! THE HANDLE POPS OFF AND ONLY RUNS ON THE BOTTOM. I had no shower head basically. So showering was not pleasant. - our shower curtain had yellow stains almost like a pillow that's been used for far too long almost looked like pee stains. - we had no towels to shower so my husband went downstairs to the lobby to get some. -had used towels in our restroom. - kitchen had yellow stains so it wont look white or nice like the picture. **they offered a refund but it's too late to try and find another hotel. I just wanted like half refund, but that was a no. So I stayed here.... ****TIPS IF YOU STAY (I know its cost friendly place out here).: - bring blankets and/or sheets and pillows -socks -they have a kitchen :) -breakfast? (Not sure) -air freshner

You’ll regret it

The room clearly had not been cleaned there was still Food in the refrigerator defecation in the toilet and everything was sticky to the touch the pillow had a brown stain and I would recommend you stay anywhere in the world but at this place

Convenience isn’t everything

Stayed here due to proximity to a friend. On entering the property had difficulty finding the office. Had to wait a couple minutes for someone to come to the front desk, check my I’d and give me a room key. No lights in the stairway, no lights along the walkway to the room. When I entered the room, the head board was missing, one of the drawer fronts was broken off and shoved into the drawer, picture and lamp were askew. Floor hadn’t been cleaned as evidenced by a couple pennies. Tub had not been cleaned, the tube of bath soap was half used.

We didn’t stay. We got to the hotel at 3:00 in the afternoon and couldn’t check in because there weren’t any rooms clean. We left to shop and have dinner. We came back around 7:30pm and checked in. Our room was horrifically disgusting. Blood on the floor in the “kitchenette” (roaches) blood and feces in the toilet, and on the floor in the bathroom. The bed had one pillow and a blanket that was torn and stained. There were pictures drawn into the dust on the dresser and tv. The exterior windows wouldn’t lock. We left.

Check in took over an hour, during Thais time they gave two other guests already occupied rooms. When we finally got ours, we went in and low and behold ours was occupied too. When they finally got us a room, the sheets were dirty, drawer fronts were off the cabinets, toilet paper holder off with no toilet paper, and there was no smoke alarm (which is very illegal!!!) I will never stay here again.

Worst extended stay ever!

Terrible experience and rude service from the front desk. Was first given a dirty room, then was given a room without towels. When I ask for some, I was told I would have them in 30 minutes. I never got them. I had to ask a security guard to get me one. The tub was extremely dirty from just a lack of cleaning because I was able to use a tissue to clean it. Even the security guard the got my towels said the front desk doesn’t care about their jobs and it showed.

TURN AROUND

MY. GOD. Avoid at all costs. I totally never mind a budget hotel but this was next level my friends. Entire place reeked of cigarettes and more - giant gap under the door, stained carpet, lightbulbs all busted, doorknob ripped off, abandoned fridge with water leaking out of it and someone's nasty old food in it. You couldn't breathe. Front desk staff on check in was super rude, "i'm just the laundry guy" "I don't have to give anyone a room if I don't want to". dis-gus-ting. Left as soon as possible - do not fall for this one. Complained to hotels.com that it's very inaccurately advertised.
