"Couple for 1 week and see around Pucon & Villarica! The Hotel was fine in the center of town! I was here 20 years ago when is was the Gran Hotel Pucon. Enjoy is making the hotel grand again, slowly but steady my Room 422 was spectacular with lake view! Yes definitely would come back!! Ahh break fast was adequate and need improvement "

"Did not stay there, Hotel did not have my booking 30 mintutes later another couple checked out of hotel, at which point , was offered accomodation, but by now reclinded offer, The car parking as offered , has room for 4 small cars allowing for unmolested movement, noted reception hold car keys to ve sble to swop carsabout as people wish to leave and arrive in cars, Hotel staff appeared very unorganised."
