I was disapointed about not getting a refund for the night of May 9 when it was impossible for us to get there because of the Argentina transportation strike and our flight was postponed. "5 star attention to customer service, clean, quiet and peaceful. If you need to relax and be taken care of this is the best place. Special mention to Isabel, Patricia, Luis and Ramiro, really went above and beyond for our comfort and needs. The whole staff is outstanding. Magnificent facility if there’s anything to add would be a money exchange, besides that it’s all you could ask for in a vacation."
