"Just got back from an amazing seven days at Baobab and was so sad to leave ! We stayed in a 2 x bedroom suite with pool and was perfect ! My brother was recovering from a major operation so we hardly left our suite and didn’t need to as got food delivered from room service which was really good and not far away was a mini market to get drinks etc the spa was brilliant too as my brother had a couple of massages , the staff are all so lovely and go above and beyond to help with anything you need...

"Good quality hotel especially for the price. Located fairly close to the beach which is only a short walk. Buffet food was good and the chef station was well run. Evening entertainment was ok. Paying extra for parking and a safe isn’t great service. "

I sent several queries in advance of our stay and didn’t receive a reply to any of them. We booked full board and the confirmation from hotels.com failed to mention that long trousers are required in the restaurant at night until 21 June. We walked for an hour trying to buy long trousers but this is Tenerife and it was 30 degrees so long trousers were...

"Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work"
