"The room and hotel were great. I do have a complaint. My 8 year old daughter was using the hair dryer and it sparked, shocked, and started smoking. We immediately called for assistance. I was very concerned for my daughter’s safety as well as whether there would be an issue with the hair dryer causing a fire. We were told someone would be there immediately but yet they never came.
