" Clean hotel. Excellent views of Osaka city from rooms. Reallt friendly and helpful staff. Great location between 2 stations with access to different lines. Reallt close to the popular tourist areas. Great shopping and restruants around. Breakfast can get very busy and is quite a smaller area tables can feel quite crammed. But would still stay again and 100% recommend"

"The spa takes the top spot. This was my second stay at the hotel. It has some idiosyncrasies: eg the reusable slippers. Cheap hotels in Japan have reusable slippers - it does not work well. Another idiosyncrasy - one cannot turn off automatic light in the bathroom. So be prepared for a strong flash of light if you have to use the bathroom at night. But other than that, the staff is proficient in english, very courteous and the hotel has great views and spa that can't be beat!!! Will come again!!!"
