Great staff

Reception staff were brilliant. Always had a smile. I forget the name of one of the men on reception but he always wore a dark purple shirt and was always so friendly. Food was fab and a lovely atmosphere in outside bar.

Is far from national airport and from city centre But hote overall is very good but Premier inn on Airport I think is more modern that’s why one star less Very nice pub and restaurant and is better than some 4* hotels Close to metro station

A very good hotel

All was good, very clean with daily cleaning, comfortable bed and helpful reception. No complains.. a bit far from everything but we had our car so it wasn’t a problem for us.
