The apartment was cozy and comfortable. The owner was communicative and helpful. The location is convenient since it’s right next to Stardun. However, the apartment is in the epicenter of everything, so it can be noisy for people who are sensitive to noise.

The apartment was lovely, very comfortable & spacious & the location couldn’t have been better. I rate the apartment itself highly, our only negative comment is the bar downstairs plays incredibly loud music from 10pm which disturbed us quite a bit. I appreciate this isn’t the hosts fault.

the location is excellent, all the attractions and restaurants are right outside of your door. The down side is you have to carry your luggage over a lot of stone steps. So if you are out of shape or with small children and grandma, reconsider.

What a wonderful accommodation right in the center of old town. Very near restaurants and the important sites. Milos was amazing and arranged for a transport from the airport. We are going back next week!!!

The location is excellent, situated right above Stradun and near restaurants, activities, and a city wall entrance. The apartment itself is cozy and intimate with authentic details like wooden shutters, and the air conditioning works very well. The top floor provides a magical view of the Dubrovnik rooftops. Please note that there are narrow stairs leading to the apartment, so it may not be the best fit for anyone with mobility issues.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our small children. They brought a portable crib for us ASAP. The location is absolutely stunning. It’s right inside the action and didn’t take too many stairs to get to! (Although we were happy that we had backpacks vs. rolling luggage because the entire area is just easier that way- FYI!) we were able to walk everywhere… restaurants are right outside your door! Just a few minutes walk you can go cliff diving & snorkeling. Also super convenient ferry dock to get boats to Lokrum island (which is also very cool for cliff diving & game of thrones history). This studio apartment couldn’t have been better & was exactly what we were looking for!! An authentic feel & so cool! Highly recommend!

Great property but beware that there are MANY stairs to go there. The property manager was kind enough to have someone bring our luggage to the room for a fee of €10 per luggage payable to the person carrying the luggage.

Wow what an amazing location!! Right in the centre of old town with everything outside the front door! 1 tiny downside - late night music from the bars downstairs but we were out till late and it only bothered us the first night that we went to bed early and were tired. But to be honest it was not a show stopper. Gorgeous little studio apartment for me and my friend. Had everything we needed! We would 100% stay here again for our next visit to Dubrovnik!

This room was perfect for us. We only wish we had booked it for our entire stay. The room is very spacious with vaulted ceilings, so it never felt cramped. We loved having a couch to relax on after spending the day exploring the town. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee provided, which was a bit disappointing. The room is located above a busy restaurant, but it didn't bother us since we use earplugs. However, if you're a light sleeper or prefer a very quiet environment, this may not be the best choice for you.

Lovely little apartment with amazing location. Staff helpful via WhatsApp prior to stay. Nicely decorated and well maintained but could have been a little cleaner- dusty floors and few stains in bathroom, however the bed was spotlessly clean. Overall cleanliness wasn’t an issue. Shower was freezing cold one night but great the rest of the time. Good amenities for an apartment. Would stay here again.

The apartment was great, clean, well maintained, in a great location. The in-apartment amenities though could've been more practical. For instance, there was no place in the bathroom for toiletries. There wasn't a paper roll holder either. These small things could make a huge difference to comfort and convenience.
