"Everything is wonderful at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel! We enjoyed their new gym and also the great restaurants nearby. Also, it’s just across the street from the metro (subway) and JR (surface train) station so you can get anywhere very quickly!"

"Very helpful staff. We were able to check in very early for just a small charge. The breakfast is great- lots of options. Rooms in good condition, if a little small (but this seems normal for Japan). Would recommend. "

"This hotel is truly wonderful! The rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast was great too and walking distance to the metro. there also is close restaurants and markets. The onsen is also a nice touch to use after a long day. I’ll be back for sure. The small touches like amenities at the front desk was also nice. Try the hair milk treatment. "
