The property was difficult to find after dark. Hardly a light on anywhere. Nothing like the photos. It was a dark building on a dark street. No one on the premises. Had to call and speak to someone to let us in remotely. They could not find out reservation for some time. Then they had to explain to us remotely how to get our key from the coded lock box. The were three lamps in the room, all were missing the bulbs so we had to rely on the one overhead light that was dim.

Was good for money.
When we arrived book in was easy, the place was very easy to find too. The room was like a hot room when we went in, maybe open windows before guess are meant to arrive. Or fit a ceiling fan. The room was very clean and the wash room was a good size too. The WiFi was very easy to sort. The mattress was slightly harder then I like but for the price the room was very good for its money. I would stay there again.

Very nice
I hadn’t planned to stay in Essen but I had to stop for the night. But I was very surprised in the hotel for the price I paid. If I’m in Essen again I’ll stay there very good

Es war einer der heissen Tage. In der ersten Nacht war das Zimmer so aufgeheizt, daß Schlafen kaum möglich war. Trotz Ventilators. die 2. Nacht war erträglich. das linke Fenster in Zimmer 8 ist defekt. Ansonsten liebe ich die PETUL Hotels. einfach einchecken, durchdachte Zimmer. Allerdings sollte man schon etwas investieren, ein paar mehr Steckdosen oder eine USB-Steckdose wäre vorteilhaft. Oder wie in meinem Fall vielleicht sogar ein Klimegerät.

Das gebuchte Zimmer d.h. 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzebett habe ich nicht erhalten! Diese Kombination gibt es im ganzen Haus nach Angabe der Rezeption nicht! Es ist glatter Betrug dann so etwas anzubieten
