I had no issues during my stay. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was also very efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. I could hear everything going on outside my room. Fortunately, no one was hanging out there late at night. There was a major drip from the bathtub faucet.

The only real problem I had is there was no coffee pot in the room, and the light right outside the door, even with closing the curtains it still came through the curtains, other than that it was great I had no problems checking in or out.

The front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's an older motel but efforts have been made to keep it well worth the low price. This was graduation weekend at the University of Arkansas, and every other hotel/motel in town had quadrupled, or even more, their rates. My thanks to the owners! The Best Western in town had canceled my reservation made in March, but agreed to reinstate it at FIVE TIMES my original reservation!!

Decent place to stay for a couple of nights. No amenities but you get what you pay for. They need to remodel the rooms and stop trying to patch/plug/cover damage or holes. AC was cold. Plenty of dining in area. Cleaning ladies could do better in general clean. Don’t turn on too many lights if you are a clean freak.
