"Everything that can go wrong went wrong. The entrance to the hotel looks different from the picture in the website. The name of the hotel has changed to W H Hotel. At check in, the counter staff are terribly unhelpful. I didn't get the room type I have booked and the counter staff asked me to check with Expedia when I have no data/wifi nor a mobile (flat battery) to call. "1- The public can take an elevator from the street directly up to these Serviced apartments without going through the Hotel Lobby. this was a security issue as some stranger kept on knocking on my door and ringing the bell. 2- The Apartment Stinks.
