Very friendly staff and people staying or living in the apartments. Easy transport to Pacific Fair or Australia Fair. The apartment had a beautiful view and loved the amount of space. Only downside was a lot of lights didn't work and the maintenance of the property was a little dated. Otherwise very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a week with 7 people. It was an excellent space with easy access to various amenities in the area. The pools and spa were awesome too. A perfect launching point for theme parks and shopping. 😀

Splendid location for retail and dining experiences. Only issue i had was the blinds are only privacy thickness so at 5am the sun woke us up...regardless of the time we went to sleep.

Lots of qualities, some disappointments
Nice property, excellent location….close to tram, parks, restaurants and groceries. Views are spectacular, two pools one indoor, one outdoor. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable, bedroom carpets clean but worn out. Better supplies of garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and kitchen amenities such as salt and pepper shakers would have been appreciated.

I loved how the apartment had windows everywhere up on the 22nd floor. What a great view we had when we sat out at the deck! It had a kitchen and a washer and dryer also.

Firstly the WOTIF property name is nowhere on the property; this is NOT Brighton on Broadway Shores, the property is named as Shores and that was VERY hard to find. Secondly their is nowhere to park prior to booking in unless you know there are bays available underground for shoppers Thirdly identification of underground parking bays is ATROCIOUS and added another 30 minutes to the check in process Fourth, the lift key fob provided did NOT WORK and I was stranded in the lift (without phone reception) for another 30 minutes until let out by a resident using the car park The unit itself was VERY nice and well worth the price; the location after day one proved excellent and the A/Hours support was very good, thanks

Hello Peter,Thank you for the review.We are not exclusively a WOTIF/Expedia Building and have direct bookings along with numerous online companies and do not have any of the booking agents names on the building. On our confirmation letter of reservation from us it show the symbol and name Shores and beside it written "Brighton Shores" both which are on the large sign just beside reception entry.We are sorry about the Fob not operating but you did have a remote on your room key ring also and the rear of the remote also works as a fob.The car park can be hard to navigate for some people but haven't had any guests complain to us in years.I am glad you enjoyed your stay after the initial concerns.

We stayed in the three bedroom apartment it was so spacious bigger than my house. The views were sensational. We had everything we needed and more. 5 out of 5. Will definately stay again.

A Little Disappointing
Communication leading up to our stay was great. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment was quite hot as there was no cooling on and it took a long while for it to cool. On the second night it was a little cool through the night but there was only a sheet on one of the beds. No blanket or doona. Outdoor furniture on the balcony was a 2 seater only, even though it was a 2 bedroom and 4 of us staying, and the balcony furniture was quite old and needs replacing. Would have expected much better for the price we paid.

I can assure you every room has cleaned laundered sheets fitted after every guest leaves. The sheets come from a commercial laundry service here in Southport. We had no reports from guests in other holiday apartments or residence of problems with our wifi. Regards Management

Great view, great position
We needed somewhere central for a few days. Our unit at Brighton on Broadwater Shores was perfect. The tram stop was a very short walk, as well as a Woolworths Metro, and a number of cafes and restaurants. Our one-bedroom unit was large and well-appointed, and had the most wonderful views over the Broadwater. I understand that there are units with more bedrooms available. Can very much recommend this property

I definitely enjoyed that majority of what I needed is basically outside the door. I didn't have to travel to the shopping centre to get my basic needs for the short time while there. Transport was easy to access, walking distances to our destinations and safe friendly environment. The room weren't 100% with some minor dust, but was clean enough to enjoy our stay, enjoy the view and all utilities. Thanks

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect right opposite a supermarket and tram stop. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable with an amazing view. Great facilities. Only downside was the shower was not clean. Other than that we will definitely stay again. Thanks!

The view was amazing and close to stores and restaurants. The property wasn’t cleaned well, blankets and pillow covers had stains on them, also behind the couch had left over food scraps. Service was good, kids had fun in the pool.
