The airport pickup and drop off were efficient and definitely a plus for transit. The location surrounding has nothing much to offer except a sleep at the hotel before next flight.

Nice organisation for complimentary shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. The hotel has no catering facilities, but there are many local canteens around and you may not be left hungry.

The room was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They did their best to help me. And, they promptly picked me up and dropped me off. I would highly recommend it. In fact it were not so far off from downtown, I would have stayed there the whole time. Shyam

食事や買い物は地下鉄人和駅にタクシーで400円くらい。約15分前後で着くので、そこのお店を利用した方が良い。結構賑やかで、良かった。新しく出来た商業ビルの中にも、飲食店が多く地下には超市もある。若い人はここのビルの飲食店に多くいて、年配の人はその前の方にある色々な飲食店を利用している感じ。このホテルのシャワー水量は問題なく強く満足。冷蔵庫がないのはしょうがない。空港まで無料の送迎も楽で良いですね。空港に近いので渋滞をあまり気にしなくて良いのと、チェックインも☀️8時から可能だということです。私は観光してから、夕方に入りましたが。

Este hotel deja mucho que desear, a pesar del gran trabajo de sus recepcionistas, chófer y personal de limpieza, que siempre están dispuestos para ayudar. El shuttle al aeropuerto, así como al metro son su mayor atractivo. Hay que avisarles antes y te recogen y llevan a varios lugares. En el apartado limpieza, esas cortinas y ropa de cama, deberían cambiarlas, dan muy mala imagen. Se agradece el agua gratis.

The service is wonderful. The shuttle service is really convenient. Picked up from the airport and they provide shuttles to and from the nearest subway station. Keep in mind you will need a Chinese phone number to be able to contact them. The room is good, came with toiletries and wifi. You can get free chilled bottled water at the lobby. Keep in mind the actual GPS position of where the hotel is placed on the Expedia map is different from its actual location. It won't matter much as they offer shuttles to and from the hotel, but it will stop you from just walking to and from the airport.

The most irritating factor was that i chose this hotel on the location showed when booking on your map. it was not near that location and took an hour to find. There is no way this is a four star hotel. More like 2.5. None of the staff could speak English.
