Taken to room we had not booked with a broken bed in it. Had to explain room we booked was Tatami/Japanese not western. Waited 30 minutes for staff to speak to owner before room changed. Dinner - was booked for 8.30pm in response to staff demand. 8pm staff demanded we go to dinner directly after onsen. Told us dinner had been waiting cooked for 20 mins! "

"Great place to stay as secluded quiet location was needed after a few days in Tokyo! Lovely Onsen which can be booked out privately! Staff are amazing and will drive you to restaurants/ konbinis so you can relax. "

"The bottom floor with the sauna, onsen and showers was incredible. There was a staff only door which was a little concerning near the bedrooms (which do not have a lock) but my group did not have any issues during our stay. The check in was a little troubling, we get there at night."
