Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la courtoisie du personnel. Cependant la chambre a l étage de la réception est vraiment trop humide refusez, n attendez pas 2 jours comme nous. Autre chambre offerte était plus que convenable .

Decent hotel in excellent old quarter location
Friendly staff, nice rooms, fantastic location. Got moved from Golden Time 3 to Hanoi Golden Hotel nearby, which had a bigger room and free breakfast, no extra charge. Really nice staff here. Beds are comfortable, bathroom at GT3 didn't have the best layout but was functional, bathroom at HGH was great. Clean, comfortable and fantastic locations in the old quarter (this applies to both locations). Good value for money

Good stay
Friendly staffs, the room was clean as well. Bathroom quite small but overall is a nice place to stay. Nearby the hotel has a lot of food places

Good affordable accommodation.
Spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. No pushy tour sales or hard sell. Breakfast usual eggs or pancake but OK. Coffee and tea available all day. Great position in the old Town, but not noisy and no disturbed sleep. Only v downside for me was the stairs. I live in a 4th floor apartment and use the stairs in preference to the lift. Here the stairs are at such a pitch, even reaching the 3ed floor was hard work. It was made worse but being moved to the 4th floor as our room had been booked. Why we had to move is a mystery as it was identical to the previous one. Apart from the stairs, it is an excellent place to stay in Hanoi.

Value for money hotel with nice staffs
The rooms are high up and not suitable for elderly to stay there but if you do not mind climbing the stairs, the rooms are quite good. Clean and pretty spacious for a cheap room. I like the staff there and the noise level is pretty acceptable as Vietnam road is quite busy and noisy.

2 nights stay
I stayed 2 nights and it was good price/quality ratio. Locaton is amazing. Walkable everywhere and the most important close to beer corner at night hehe I had room on the 5 floor. Nice and clean. Nothing spectacular but also nothing to complain about. It was pretty quiet and comfy. There are few girls on the reception with pretty good english.

We came it really late the night of check in and were afraid that like so many other hostels they would give away our room but they had it available and were extremely friendly at 2am. By far the nicest hostel/budget hotel I have stayed in in Vietnam. Bathroom very modern and rooms very clean

We arrived at 10 am and left our luggages at the hotel cause it was too early to check in. I told them that we not stay overnight cause we'll go to Sapa that night at 8 pm and I shouldn't mention that because when we came back to get change they said room was not available. It was refurbished then asked us to move to another hotel. I know they gave the room to someone else who want to stay overnight.

Super dirty!
We had an unpleasant stay in golden time hostel 3. When we first entered the toilet of the room, we were shocked to see there were 2 cockroaches inside. The bed was very dirty and I even feel itchy on my skin on the next day. Besides that, the were some used cotton buds that stuck in between the wall and table. So disgusting.

Dirty hotel
Whole hotel smells like mold. Bed sheets and mattress was dirty and stained. Entire hotel has mold stains and dirt on the floor and walls very disappointed and both got very sick after our stay. Hotel staff are nice. Breakfast great and location great.

Perfect location
Great location. Hotel was fine. Front desk staff were helpful. with booking tours but make sure you negotiate with them! I would stay here again but my boyfriend wasn't too fussed.

Good place for a budget stay
I was welcomed with coffee and fruit when I arrived. The check-in process was smooth. The room had everything I needed, although the bathroom could do with updating. I booked a room with a balcony but there was no table or chair to use so it was a little bit pointless. There is no lift. The wi-fi was good. Breakfast was included, although I didn't eat it as I got up too late. Staff are friendly and helped me with getting a taxi and arranging transport to the airport. I would stay there again.

Great staff, nice rooms, perfect location!
You'll be happy when you stay here! Breakfast included is a nice touch and it's a good size! We had a lovely room with great bathroom. WIFI worked great, hot shower, and plenty of space! Highly recommended.

Very friendly and accommodating hotel - value room
The staff here were so welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. There was constantly fruit and the breakfasts were fantastic. The location was brilliant, close to everything. The room itself (the economy room) was a value room. It wasn't entirely clear from expedia, but this meant no bathroom attached to it - that I had to share with the main restaurant which wasn't great. But for that price its reasonable. It was also quite noisy from traffic due to the location and being above the restaurant. However overall the friendliness of the staff make it a great option for a cheap break from dorm rooms and I would recommend

Great experience in the Golden Times Hostel 3
It was great. My friends and I stayed in the triple room which located on the 4th floor. It was little demanding for people with a big luggage since there was no lift. However, this was covered by the super friendly staff there. They helped us book what we need, gave us good recommendation on where to eat... The location was another highlight. It was close to some major sites and the night market with all the local pubs and cafe surrounding the hostel. We enjoyed our stay a lot!!

ホテルスタッフが親切で、皆さん良く頑張っておられました。 動きぶり、見ていて、爽やかでした。 私たちも、片言英語しか話せませんが、そんな中でも、色々コミュニケーションを、とろうと努力してくださってるのが感じられて、 気持ちよく滞在出来ました。 利便性の良い町中にあるホテルなので、結構賑やかですが、 拠点として、割り切って利用するのはあり！かと思います。 冷蔵庫と風呂が、部屋に付いてなかったのだけが、予定外で残念でした。

วันแรกไปนำเอกสารทุกอย่างไปเช็คอิน แต่พนักงานตกหล่นห้องพักไปหนึ่งห้อง ซึ่งอาจจะเกิดมาจากที่เราจองหลายครั้งจากชื่อเดียวกัน(เพื่อนอยากไปด้วย) ซึ่งห้องพักไม่พอแต่ทางโรงแรมก็หาโรงแรมใหม่ในเครือเดียวกัน ซึ่งเดินไปอีกหน่อย และอีกคืนก็ย้ายกลับมาที่โรงแรมนี้ สภาพห้องใหม่ แต่ไม่มีลิฟ ถ้าคนกระเป๋าใหญ่อาจจะลำบากนิดหน่อย

Awful and dishonest hostel!!!
When we got there the first night, we were told that we booked a room without a bathroom inside. We checked the booking details on the website, but it didn't say anything about it. We made complaints, and then we were told to pay more to have a room with a bathroom inside. SO WE WERE TRANSFERRED TO THREE DIFFERENT HOSTELS within the 5-day stay. If the info about the rooms as well as the facilities on the booking website could be much clearer, the guests wouldn't suffer from the terrible rooms and indifferent staff members.

Hotel bien placé mais avec des lacunes
Ayant séjourné plusieurs fois dans ce quartier, les photos de l'hotel sont anciennes et ne réflètent pas la réalité. Nous avons séjourné 15 jours et le ménage de la chambre n'a jamais été fait. Seul le linge de toilette à été changé tous les jours. De plus, beaucoup de chambre pour 2 personnes sont aveugles et accessibles par un escalier aux marches irrégulières.Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le seul point positif est la gentillesse et la bonne humeur du personnel.

ótimo hotel ótima localização
Na verdade essa avaliação é sobre o Golden Time Hotel 2 ou King Lyu, pois o Golden Time 3 não encontrou a nossa reserva e nos mandou para o hotel parceiro. O que foi ótimo, foi um upgrade. O quarto é grande e bem mobiliado, com boas comodidades e banheira. Cafe da manhã buffet delicioso. Ambos nos receberam muito bem e ofereceram um chá de boas vindas. Fechamos o cruzeiro de Halong Bay com o hotel e foi ótimo, melhor coisa que fizemos , e olha que pesquisamos muito antes. A localização também é ótima. A do golden 2 numa rua mas movimentada e animada a noite, mas o outro fica bem perto também, região onde tudo acontece e de fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos caminhando.

Utrolig dårlig oplevelse! Bristede forventninger. Vi troede at vi havde købt os ind på en lækker hotel, med morgenmad, aircon. Køleskab og bad - der blev vi godt snydt! Bad/toilet var i receptionen, som blev brugt flittigt af hotellets naboer. Der var så meget larm fra hotellets naboer og personale pga tv, musik samtaler at det var umuligt at sove!!! Da hotellet konfronteres med at det vi har betalt for er ikke det vi har fået er de lige glade og siger at vi kan få et andet værelse men skal betale ekstr for det.. vi har begge været i Vietnam før, dette er på ingen måde det vi har mødt før på vores vej. Book det aldrig!!

立地とスタッフが良いホテル
ホアンキエム湖に近く、周りにコンビニもある、観光で過ごしやすい場所でした。 スタッフも親切でした。朝遅くなっても、朝食を用意してくれました。 シャワーがロビーを通らないといけない所だったので、人が少ないタイミングを見計らっていくようにしていました。（なんとなく恥ずかしかったので…）また、シャワーというよりはトイレという感じだったので、慣れてない人はキツイと思います。わたしはビーチサンダルを持っていましたし、そこまで汚いと感じなかったので、すぐ気にならなくなりました。 部屋はある程度綺麗でしたが、掃除は行き届いているとは言い難く、小さいアリがいました。 あと、部屋の鍵の開け閉めがしづらく、ちょっとストレスでした。 またロビーに近い部屋だったせいか、常に人の声が聞こえていました。うるさいと感じる人は多そうです。 1番安い部屋だったのでこのような感じだったのかもしれません。 立地もスタッフも素晴らしいのですが、次も利用する可能性は低いです。 バックパッカーの子になら勧めますが、安くで泊まりたい程度の女友達には勧めません。
