Perfect location
We stayed as a family of 4 and we like the hotel in terms of location,it was the best and the service was always with a smile and always there to help.The rooms were spacious with good bed size.Nothing fancy and luxurious but basic amenities with an excellent location.

Very well located in the center of old quarter of Hanoi. The room was spacious with balcony and hotel very clean. All the staff is friendly and ready to help when needed. The owners : Mia showed us how to do Nems (Spring rolls) and Michael is always ready to help. He is a very good driver with is moto. There is a good variety for breakfast. What a team !

The location is great just next to Old quarter, the room are nice and modern. But above everything is the kindness of the persons at the reception. They were helping us for anything we need at anytime 24/24. Definitely great value for money and all our family can recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Exclusive Hotel in Hotel. The room clean. New hotel and facilities are in order. Breakfast delicious, local and western. Beside main road and 10 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Plenty of eateries and will not go hungry. Along the street activities, you just immerse the local way of life. The hotel owner is fantastic, welcoming and obliging.

the best staff and service .Our room was very clean and well facilities all what you need. Bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very convenient for shopping and eating many restaurants closed by. Break was great with lot of fresh fruits and Pho and many choices to ordered . We booked trips to Halong by Hanoi Exclusive hotel as recommended by the hotel manager Zoom was very delicated and helped us us during my husband’s headache . He looked great after during our stay here. I really appreciated about him and can’t say thanks enough to him and his staff. Thank you for your excellent hospitality .we will be back to Hanoi Exclusive hotel for sure.

very nice hotel clean brand new room.our room was very clean with spacious bathroom very comfortable. Friendly and the best staff who arranged the trips to Ha Long Bay food tour and Sapa trip for us which were excellent. The best hotel’s location very closed to restaurants and the Hoàn Kiem lake and great service .We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back soon. The toilet spray is used extensively throughout the entire room even on the bedsheet and pillow cases. The bedsheet and pillow cases were also sticky and filled with mark stains. The shampoo smell like pesticide. The overall smell of the place is just too intense and really unpleasant.

Hotel’s location is very convenient for shopping and eating in Old Quarter.The staff are super helpful and will go out of their way to help with info on sites and activities and travel advice. They organized a foot tour for us during our stay, which was excellent.

we were looking forward to our stay at Hanoi Exclusive and it didn’t disappoint. The warm welcome from the friendly delicated staff was lovely after a long journey. Our room was clean and breakfast the next morning was amazing, so much choice. All the staff were helpful and Miss Lucy organised an excellent trip for us .She is very knowledgable on the area and picked the perfect trip.Further more we got free city map too We are already looking forward to our stay at this hotel again with our family and friends next time soon.Come to stay here and meet miss Lucy and other great staff who are always willing to make your time valuable!!!

We loved staying here! We stayed here for 8 nights. Location fantastic! Rooms were beautiful. We were upgraded and had a large balcony with lounger and table and chairs. Lucy and the rest of the staff were amazing and so accommodating. One of the young fellas even went and got us take out one night. They will do anything for you here! Breakfast was a huge plus. Fresh fruit,cereal, yogurt and a menu with about 10 dishes to choose from. Cooked fresh and delicious. We will miss the smiles from Hanoi Exclusive and if we ever retire to Hanoi we will stay again!

Perfect 3 stays!
We stayed at the Hanoi Exclusive 3 times over 10 days and everything was perfect. The staff are so so nice, they had a welcome drink waiting for us arriving at midnight after a long day travelling, they were so friendly and looked after our big bags whilst we went to Halong Bay and to Hi Giang. The rooms are big, bright and really clean. The air con, WiFi and showers are really good and they offer a huge selection for breakfast, there is a menu to choose from and cereal and lots of fruit. The location is good, it is quiet enough for a good nights sleep but within walking distance to shops/restaurants. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough, the staff are so helpful and made us feel really welcome. We loved staying here!

The Hanoi Exclusive Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Hanoi. The staff is warm, friendly, and happy to accommodate any request. Even the owner, Michael, and his wife make time to ensure everyone is having a good stay. This new hotel has great rooms and the balconies are an incredible place to relax and view the city from above. Everything is clean, open, and warm, and breakfast in their downstairs restaurant is a real treat. The location is ideal – in the Old Quarter and a very short walk away from my favorite restaurant in Hanoi – Bun Bo Nam Bo! In addition, it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake for a morning run, weekend festivities and concerts, and a visit to the temple or the water puppet show. I’ve been working and traveling in Hanoi for 6 winters and the staff at the Impressive Hotel Group always go above and beyond to take care of us – highly recommended from an experienced Vietnam traveler!

Everything was perfect from the hotel manager and receptionists who were always willing to assist anything you need during your stay. Especially the cook Tuan made the tastiest foods for our breakfast. The best breakfast we have had so far among the hotels I've been in Hanoi. Very fresh hot and delicious.hotel location is very greatly convenient too. Highly recommended!!!

Great hotel, AMAZING Staff and Service!
I recently stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. the hotel is new so the rooms and amenities were all very modern. The location was great because it was within walking distance to all the major attractions/areas like Hoan Kiem lake, French quarter, etc... But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. It was the level of service you get at luxury hotels. They always went above and beyond to help me. For example, the 2nd in Hanoi, I was bitten by a stray dog. The staff located an international hospital and one of them went with me to the hospital! The hospital visit took about 6 hours and he waited the entire time! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi. I know I will when I visit again.

A gem in the Old Quarter
My husband and I recently stayed at the Hanoi Exclusive - which is new as of a couple of months - for three nights and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a balcony and nice views of the city. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and popular restaurants and coffee shops in Hanoi. The best part of staying here was the extremely friendly staff, especially Lucy, Loan and Anthony. They always greeted us by name and checked in with us at breakfast to see what we were going to do that day and if there was anything they could do to help. They also arranged car service for us to the airport. Will definitely be back the next time I am in Hanoi!

The staff at the hotel are great, they were always helpful and accommodating. The hotel location is great, very central and close to Hoan Kiem lake by walking. In a great location to walk to find food as well. The pillows were a bit too high, but other then that, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We went on the full day trip to Ha Long Bay through the hotel and would highly recommend if you have time to go and get away from the city to a calmer and relaxing place. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

The best hotel I have ever stayed at in Hanoi! Rooms were clean and beautifully appointed, brand new and we had a beautiful sundeck. The staff was super helpful and organized, literally couldn't ask for anything more. And the location is perfect!! Across the road from the best bun bo num bo in town, don't miss it. Breakfast was delicious. If you are thinking of staying here, do it, you will not regret it

I cannot rave more about this hotel ,a newly bulit hotel in the heart of the old quarter, modern fittings and spotless, with the most delightful staff and excellent Manger Anthony and a very efficient Front team including Tri Tri, this hotel offered very good value and absolutely great choice as first time vistors to Hanoi, easy to find and very central and close to the all eating places, I would highly recommend Hanoi Exclusive Hotel to stay.

This is such a great find in Hanoi. Have been in and out of Hanoi several times and this hotel is my new favorite. Everything is brand new, room and view were spectacular, and everyone was super friendly. Looking forward to staying here again.

We spent a few nights at Hanoi eXclusive hotel and we felt great and unforgettable time during our stay here. The hotel’s staff was great indeed they greeted us with big smiles at anytime we came back our room and which made us feel impressed on it and never forget all moments the staff helped us with transport to the train station and gave us a ride to Hoan kiem lake for free of charge which was amazing and experience i feel like being at home especially they always called us by name. Hotel location is the best in Hanoi very closed to Bat Dan Pho noodle , we love Pho very much and all vietnamese foods😋😋😋😋 further more hotel staff did invited us join their lunches and this was fabulous they cooked themselves and we ate together. Our room was bright and big with a huge balcony overlooking busy street and city view !!! I will definitely come back to Exclusive hotel next time and highly recommend this for everyone coming to Hanoi. Keep us the good work and thank you very much for your great service!!
