When I arrived to the hotel. They were fixing the lift. And there was a bad smell came from there and smell travel the whole hotel, water was everywhere on the 1st floor. My room is so small,doesnt match with what they’ve shown on the expedia website, I couldnt open my luggage. breakfast was Terrible, the foods were cold. staff (he) called me at night and asked why i gave the feedback to the expedia website instead of talking to them. The problem was they already explained to me that nothing they can do as its their new year , and no one is working, thus they couldnt call any technician to come and fix it. so by questioning customer for their honest feedback is something they often do there? This is unprofessional and rude.
