Staff are friendly. It’s close to the train station where I can enjoy the coffee. Loves the free breakfast. It’s very delicious.

Great spot for staying in Old Quarter Hanoi! The staff was also wonderful. Very friendly and happy to offer suggestions of where to go and what to do.

Good location near famous train street, street food, night market, etc. Great reception & kitchen staff. Simple but excellent breakfast. Both Thao & Phuc are remarkable. They help arrange airport to hotel pickup & a memorable Ha Long Bay trip for family of 6. Highly recommended. Only downside is the bathroom/toilet which needs some attention.

Hidden gem.
We loved this hotel. It’s such a good location. Right next to train street, and really close to shopping and great places to eat in the old quarter. Ms Thai and Phuc could not be more helpful, and the breakfast was good. Some fixings are a bit old but the beds are comfy and amenities good. Great value.

Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used this as a quick stopover between trips so really didn’t expect or need a lot. Room was perfectly comfortable just to sleep until next pick up. Only problem is that breakfast was supposed to be served from 7 but wasn’t available until 7.25 so we were pushed for time before our trip collection.

I really enjoyed my stay, its near to all the tourists attractions though the facility is old but one thing for sure if I’m coming back is the staffs… They’re very accommodating and friendly. Thank you so much for making my stay worthy and memorable☺️

Grabbed a room for a couple of hours whilst waiting to board a night train. Great for a hot shower and a nap. Located relatively close the the train station and many restaurants.

The service is excellent! They are very caring and answer all our questions. They even sent us an message to check on us after we left and they offered free watermelon when we left. They are just awesome!

Hanoi a nice place
I decided to stay at Spoon to get around the city . Never been around Hanoi so I just book with spoon hotel for the first few days and then just decided to stay longer Part of making this decision is that the hotel attendant. The lady spoke really good English and help me with travelling in the city

Wondefully located and fabulous service
Spoon Hotel was wonderful. Clean, well located and excellent service. Reception were welcoming and very accomodating, we did a day trip on the day of checkout and they were happy for us to leave our luggage with them for the day. Minh from reception was the sweetest person I have ever met. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great choice for Hanoi.
We stayed at The Spoon last year when it was known as the Landmark. Not much has changed, still great value for the balcony rooms, can't comment on other types. Comfortable clean rooms well serviced if you want it. One great change is free tea or coffee delivered to your room 24 hours. Still have a kettle though if you want to make your own. Breakfast is good, variety of fruit etc buffet style plus cooked to order eggs and soup etc. Served 6.30am till 10am Good friendly and helpful staff throughout. Great location about halfway between Hok Kiem lake and the war museum and the Prison museum. 1 dollar taxi ride from the railway station where the airport bus also stops.

Staff were amazingly helpful, and the rooms are outstanding for the price paid. Very happy with the breakfast, and location is about a 5/10 minute walk from the old town

Fabulous Stay
I was completely blown away with this hotel, especially for the price. It is a 4 star hotel in terms of the room (very spacious, clean, modern). The breakfast was amazing, as was the staff that worked here. This was my favorite hotel I stayed in during my month long Southeast Asia stay, and the location was great as well. I could not recommend enough and would absolutely stay here again.

도착첫날 자정쯤 도착하여 딸아이와 잠만 자고 다음날 아침일찍 체크아웃했지만 수하물 맡기고 시내관광하고 다시돌아와 택시탈때까지 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 주문형 아침식사도 먹을만했어요. 특히 디저트 과일들이 아주 싱싱합니다.

Very nice hotel, with a very convenient location in the center of the old town. Please note that this hotel offers rooms without windows, and that it is less then 100m from the train going through train street. This wasn't a problem for me, but should be considered before booking.

Pros: Ubicación, está justo al lado de train street y a 10 min caminando del lago. Está alguien en la recepción 24 horas. Llegué de madrugada para hacer check in y no hubo problema. Tienen servicio de lavanderia. Cons : Cada que el tren pasa se escucha demasiado, y los fines de semana peor, ya qué pasa más veces al día. No descanse tan bien. El elevador solo llega al 7 piso. Así que si te tocó una habitación en el 8 piso (como a mi) y tus maletas son pesadas, no es lo ideal. A la llegada me ayudaron pero para la salida las cargué yo. Se siente demasiada humedad en la habitación. Incluso el refri tiene moho.

Good hotel with view on the"train Street"
From the deluxe room with balcony, you can see the trains on the "train Street" that go towards Hai Phong, one in the evening and over in the morning. You can hear them as well. Room is spacious and clean with a very good mattrace. Bathroom could be renewed is clean though. Friendly staff, made an early check in possible as far as they could. Breakfast is good nothing special. Good value for money.

El hotel está muy céntrico, muy bien ubicado, super cerca del train market. La habitación es cómoda. Lo que no me gustó es que el drenaje del baño no sirve, sino que es uno que está fuera de la ducha. Esto hace que todo el baño se moje por completo. Destaco el desayuno que fue muy bueno y el servicio al cliente.
