"Room was clean, bed a bit too hard. For some odd reason our keys got disabled and couldn’t get into the building or room. Some guy told us to pull the side entrance door really hard and it opened without using the key card. This is not safe for guests at all. There was no breakfast but that was ok since the food option in this area is endless. Overall, a quiet stay. "

"I like Springhill Suites for the most part - their rooms are spacious. This one in particular is not in a good area. There must be a homeless encampment near the area. Lots of panhandling in the area. It was convenient to the campground that is 1mile away that family was staying at."
