As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in both the hotel and in the surrounding area. The hotel staff was courteous and responsive when needed. However, I selected the property because of a series of photos on Expedia of vegan meals supposedly served at the hotel. While there were workable (though few) veganish options at the breakfast buffet, no other meals were served on the premises. All the vegan meal photos were misleading.

We would happily return.
Accom was excellent 2 1/2 nights before we flew home. The room is exactly as described and pictured, it feels much better quality for VND 1m than most of my previous Vietnamese hotels. The location is excellent and a short walk to many of the tourist attractions and Nuyen Hue (walking street).

L’emplacement est top et le personnel très agréable. En revanche la chambre sentait mauvais, les draps aussi. La porte de douche coulissante s’ouvrait en permanence, pas facile de ne pas mettre d’eau partout. Le petit dej est principalement asiatique. Quelques toasts seulement pour les européens.
