The property was not clean at all, was not cleaned properly after last guests, also was given a room without a balcony that we paid for, they where very unhappy about moving us, I cannot express how unsanitary the room was, tjey are advertised as a luxury apartment not even close....the are comfortable thats all I can say..sorry

Awful traumatic trip

On arrival & booking in we went to the room to find in no way did it represent the pictures or standards Hotel. Com So went to reception to find only security staff who tried to contact owner to no avail no choice till next morning but to stay in hotel Then contacted customer service again nothing could be done till next day so ended staying 2 night very disappointed on eventually contacting manager & Hotel .com We left 5 days early booked another hotel at a much higher cost On looking into this we found that the apartment we should have had they no longer use so put into the service apartments which was dirty had other peoples clothes inside & bathroom leaking shower I feel Hotel . Com did not do enough to compensate for the problematic situation & had to pay 2 nights still waiting for refund of the early booking out

無法check in 酒店 一早到酒店放低行李然後外出 到check in時間被告知原本預訂的房間沒有了 解決方案完全想強迫客人選擇 並沒有想實質解決問題方案 最後只能自己解決問題 想找酒店負責人 但就是沒有人處理 需要幾小時才能勉強退款 浪費時間 對此極度失望 心情完全破壞了 十分不滿意
