We booked this property last minute and were very pleasantly suprised. The rooms felt clean, no strange smells and the staff were friendly. If we were going to Invercargill again we would definitely stay here.

Very comfortable accommodation with separate rooms

Very comfortable accommodation with separate bedroom, kitchen and lounge room – a rarity with many motels - giving the place a ‘homely’ feel. Great for the business traveller who wants a little home comfort and not wanting to eat out very night. Along with friendly management and good arrangements for late check makes Colonial on Tay a must for my next business trip to Invercargill.
