I already did hotel rating before.

There is nothing to appreciate any thing for this hotel I have sent emails twice to let Expedia knows my feeling about his hotel but unfortunately never get any response from Expedia

Terrible Terrible Booked it on Orbitz thinking it will be a reliable place. Paid $55 for one night. No clear directions or road signs how to find this place. I parked my car roadside just trying to figure out what to do now. A guy approached me to check what was I looking for. He then called somebody to confirm my booking. There was no office. Nobody would pick up the phone provided by Orbitz. Imagine what would happen if you arrive late. Access to hotel was not maintained at all. I Understand there was heavy snow but that’s what you expect in this area and in this time of the year. Room was not ready even we arrived at 5pm. Had to wait an hour for room cleaning and clearing the driveway. Dirty room. Thin pale yellow sheet with couple of blankets. Worn out towels which I never touched and worn out pillows. No heat. They provided one portable gas heater. No hot water. The service man said he could bring hot water in a bucket. No electricity due to power outage. The noisy generator ran for few hours. Gas heater was turned off at midnight. WiFi didn’t work but I didn’t care about that. There was no amenity at all. For this money one would at least expect hot running water, heated room and clean bedding. Staff was courteous but those poor people can not do much. The owner and management needs to learn hospitality business. Even Motel 6 and Econo Lodge or any roadside inn in USA has better standards. So disappointed. I need my money back.
