"Wonderful staff very professional and friendly"

"Assuming our room was representative.of others then this property is in need of a deep clean and some renovations and other updates. The bathrooms have mold, broken fixtures, etc. Around the apartment, the walls have spots and dirt on them and the mouldings and door frames are peeling off in some spots. The kitchen cupboard are all sticky and gross. I honestly don't know how the place is rated at 4 stars. To me this place is akin to a roadside motel. I've stayed at 2 star hotels in North America...

"The apartment was nothing like the pictures. It was tired,.old, used. Not properly maintained. The pictures must have been taken when the apartment was new. I checked out with 30 minutes and found new accommodation. "

"Staying in Binjai 8 is ideal for groups, considering its proximity to the mall, grocery, and some of the attractions in KL. It can house a big group and is a great option for families. Our tour guides/drivers easily spotted the area\, very convenient for Their rooms are clean. They have basic appliances good to be used for a short stay. Maybe the just needs better maintenance but overall, we're glad to have stayed in this place."
