"The hotel owner is a cheater. They took my deposit at check-in and promised me to refund it at check-out. At the check-out time, I was told they would refund me at a later time afterwards. After I left, I was told no worries and they would transfer me the refund online. When I asked what channel they would use to transfer the fund to me, they stopped responding me. They still hold my deposit without responding to me. Please stay away form this hotel, or you will lose your deposit."

"Love the facilities: Swimming pool, kids park, and its convenient coz in the same building there are convenient store, grocer and diners. Didnt like the part that we need to clear thrash to the refuse area ourselves, although i really dont mind cleaning the dishes and cutleries used at all. Didnt like the part that there was only one small trash bucket and it was hidden in the kitchen and there was no spare thrash bag. We were expecting a sofa bed and there was only a bench, and not big enough...

"Staying in Binjai 8 is ideal for groups, considering its proximity to the mall, grocery, and some of the attractions in KL. It can house a big group and is a great option for families. Our tour guides/drivers easily spotted the area\, very convenient for Their rooms are clean. They have basic appliances good to be used for a short stay. Maybe the just needs better maintenance but overall, we're glad to have stayed in this place."
