We went as a couple for a long weekend from the Seoul area, booked this hotel as it seemed to be in a village that had plenty of restaurants, and was only 10 minutes drive from the ski slopes at High 1 Resort.
We booked the Business Suite, on a high floor with a view over the higgledy-piggledy village. Limited parking - 15 spaces or so - were available in a tight basement, useful if it snows overnight. There is a larger parking lot across the road.
The hotel was managed in a rather frustrating way. The is not open in winter - peak ski season. The restaurant was only open for dinner for hotel staff. Breakfast was advertised but when we came down at 0830 we were told we were too late - even though it was advertised as being open until at least 0900. No great loss as it was only bread and kimchi.
The sauna and spa is segregated by gender, so one cannot go with ones opposite gender spouse.
Even though the hotel was almost empty, early check was not possible unless a fee was paid.
Only 1 large towel was provided in a double room. Staff seemed surprised that both partners might like to have a dry towel of their own to use.
The room was generally clean, but not the sink or the teacups. No glasses were in the room.
There was no shower screen or curtain, so when you showered the water goes all over the bathroom floor.
Nevertheless the reception staff were friendly and some spoke some English.
