The hotel is alright. But the check in process was extremely bad. Booked my stay via Expedia, and received confirmation email. When checking in, I was asked if I have a booking id, which was not available in the email. Even when my name was shown on the hotels computer, the receptionist insisted he needed the id. Had to make a few calls to reach the duty manager to resolve the issue. Incidentally, I was initially told to use my roaming phone to make the calls, which could had easily be done using the hotel phone, since it was to reach the duty manager. Utterly disappointing experience.
