The stalls were nice and helpful. The helped us load our luggage and provided extra table for our room as I requested. They kept our stuff left in the room after our check out so we could retrieve it two days after checking out. The rooms are quiet.

Good location and Spacious room.

As it was still new, was clean and in good condition. The room was spacious. Only grievance is the quality of breakfast. The nearby coffeshops have better range and quality. So lower your expectations if you decide to wake up early and have breakfast.

Great property, highly recommended for families!

Great property for the price point that I had paid! Property was new and in excellent condition. No issues with cleanliness whatsoever and housekeeping came by daily, which was a pleasant surprise for a service apartment-like venue. Saw some comments that it was a little far away from amenities, but it was a mere RM6 Grab ride from places like KSL city & City Square. Had noisy chickens in the morning but not within the control of the hotel. Only grouses I have were that the bed was a little too hard for my liking & the wifi strength was not great. Nevertheless, still a good stay and would highly recommend for families!

Second, the door key didn't work twice (I just stayed for 1 nite). No F&B restaurants nearby and must take Grab for in & out....

Recently refurbished property

The property is recently rebranded & refurbished. As such, the facilities are still relatively new. The room is spacious and comfortable, and comfortably fits a small family. There is a kitchen, a dining area and a living room, but no cooking utensils are provided. Location wise, it is situated in an older part of Johor Bahru, so transport is needed to access to retail stores and malls. The breakfast spread is small but sufficient. I suspect it is sourced from an external kitchen. The one area I hope the management can improve is security. The elevators do not require access cards so anyone can access the room floors. I hope this can be addressed.

First time 3D2N stay with my 3 children. Booked last minute because last minute planning. Got this good offer from the apartment via Expedia app. Fast check in & check out. Environment is peaceful! Simple breakfast given by the apartment. Food stalls & groceries shop via walking distance. Wifi reception was bad! Hardly got any network for the whole day! Always lagging… 1 of the plug at microwave area is faulty! The swimming pool is sandy & below the pool was many cigarettes bud laying around. Need to improve on these above please. Overall, the stay is pleasant! Thanks!

Ok, but spartan and far from town

Check-in was easy. Need a RM100 deposit tho. Requested high floor, didn't get it. big apartment. Not the one I booked though. This apartment didn't even feature on the website. I booked a studio king. This was a weird 1 bed with the living room window looking onto the corridor which I didn't like. Was also a big security risk imo as someone could easily gain entry to the apartment. No safe inside the apartment. Also, no pots and pans to cook. Pointless to say fully fitted kitchen when there's nothing to cook with! Just 2 plates, bowls and mugs. Not even a glass! Nice swimming pool on the 5th floor and small gym. Apartment far away from the main town. Walked it once but took nearly an hour. Convenient mini mart nearby. Wouldn't recommend the Indian across the street tho. Got bad upset stomach after eating there. Be warned! TV only through the internet, which was down for the duration of my 3 day stay so couldn't watch anything. No bedside light which made it awkward at night time. Good Aircon and comfortable bed.
