The staff both at reception and also cleaning were excellent in particular a staff member who took care of my room who goes by the name of Harun was a lovely chap who could not do enough for us. We felt very welcomed throughout our day and would recommend the granite hotel to future visitors of Penang."

WIFI was good. In house food and drinks were expensive, A coke 18 ringit, 3.5 ringit at the local shops."
