"This property has not been taken care of at all. Weeds overgrown, run down reception area, the room was terrible. So the bed is in the loft but the staircase is really more like a ladder. I had to leave the luggage on the first floor. The bathroom was very dirty. It is outdoors but totally not practical! If the weather is bad good luck! "The property is very nice. The rooms at comfortable but outdated, specially the bathrooms. Access to the beach is great and pools are great. Restaurant is good and buffet is very complete. I think if they want to be 4 star they need to make some important renovations and upgrades. Other than that it’s a very good hotel. "

Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was extensive and varied. Service was great and the impressive entrance lobby needs to be seen to be appreciated. "We had a very enjoyable stay at Swan Paradise, We were given an upgrade to an amazing villa which was beautiful grounds were beautifully kept. It is the ideal place to go to relax. I must say it felt like being in Paradise. My only tiny negative needs a bit more lightening at night from the restaurant, apart from that PERFECT! Staff very friendly couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for a wonderful holiday."
