Customer service was good. Staff tried to accomodate to our requests of early check in and late check out

Good location . Many eateries nearby hotel . Security was fantastic as there is always one sitting outside the hotel . Service is even more fantastic as parking is not free but hotel take the initiative to lookout and place the coupon should the warden come and check

Everything was good

We arrived early and knew check in was at 3pm but we were willing to wait. The female front desk staff told us that she can only register us as guests but for room availability, we had to check again at 2pm. However after waiting for about 40 minutes, a male front desk staff name Dennis came to me and informed me that they manage to get 1 room ready for us. Dennis was the epitome of professionalism. He was polite, professional and kind. He even brought the other room key card to us in our room....

Short stay.

Room was simple, elegant and well kept. Staff were polite and helpful. Location was near the mall and numerous street food were around so we never went hungry.

The room needs some maintenance - many areas on the wallpaper are peeling off.

Great location , staff there friendly and very good aircon .

Friendly staff that are well train. Clean place. Comfortable and well kept.

Safe parking and helpful staff. Room are clean. There is a musky smell which did not bother me much
