Receptionist did not communicate with us nor asked us to sit while we waited for them to settle whatever the problem was with our check-in that took a really long time to get done (they didn't explain to us what the problem was, we just stood there and waited). We encountered some minor issue during our stay but the staff's customer service was really disappointing and frustrating. I also had bed bug bites all over after our stay there. I wouldn't return to this hotel again, sorry.

I hate everything. Room was so unhygienic. No Wi-Fi, hot water is not working, the room stinks. Even the hotel staffs are super unfriendly. I was supposed to stay for 5 nights but because the hotel is not as shown in your photos, i just decided to look for another place to stay. It wasted my money but iโ€™d rather spend more than to stay in that hotel.
