The information provided as advertised for this BUSINESS ROOM is inaccurate. During check in time, it is found that it is only a MASTER ROOM with basic facilities and no LCD TV inside room. Even ironing board, LCD TV, kitchen facilities were to be shared with long term tenants of the other rooms. This indicated that there is no privacy in case a prospect were to stay this type of room. Moreover, the floor mat is smelly as well as bath towels are damp due to no proper laundry facilities there. Had a very unpleasant stay as this is my first experience with HOTELS.COM on this kind of promoted rooms without proper description of the hotel (business room) which is actually co-shared with other tenants of the apartment unit.
