"I had originally booked a deluxe triple room for my parents and I. While booking the pictures showed a windowed room, hence why I had booked it as my father is claustrophobic. Upon checking in into the hotel was informed that the deluxe triple rooms do not have any windows at all. However the staff was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a family room with a window for my father’s claustrophobia. We had also tried to get in touch with the property via Expedia however there was no response regarding any window in the room. Also on the Expedia website it shows that they have airport shuttle, they do not. The staff did however arrange a taxi for us to go to the airport at 3am. All in all, the staff, the room and the hotel location was great. Close to all the major attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again but would be vary of the pictures shown of the room while booking."

"Big hotel with direct access to Sentral station so convenient for airport train. Nice pool but surprisingly small hotel bar to socialise in. Good size room for business trip. Mad amount of light switches in room and sliding mirrored wardrobes. Unnecessary"

"The location is a bit annoying - it's on a highway and taking a car may require it turning around a kilometer down the road. Walking to and from the train station require a highway overpass, and there's no restaurants nearby. But the Majestic itself was lovely! Well maintained and beautiful, good staff comfortable rooms."

"The property was really good. Just ask them to take owneahip of the concessionaires found within their premises. I paid for coffee in the vendo machine found in ther lobby that waa never dispensed and the front desk just said they can’t do any about it. The leaat they could do is return my money and claim it from the coffee vendor since the from desk witnessed the whole experience."
