Pokoje jsou standardní velikosti. Lokalita je vynikající, je to jen pár metrů do centra. Matrace byly bohužel moc měkké, ale vše vynahrazuje přístup personálu, který byl maximálně vstřícný a milý.

Pobyt v Libušina Villa

Cestovali jsme do Kutné hory na třídenní pobyt/2 noci. Vybraný hotel se nám velice líbil, měl dobré hodnocení. Ale my asi měli od počátku trochu smůlu. Parkování pouze tři místa u hotelu, jinak poblíž v ulicích. Parkování přímo v hotelu 100Kč/noc a to pro malá vozidla. Pokoj od 16h nepřipravený až od 17hod. Pokoj čistý a útulný. Postele měkké. Akorát bych tam přidala stolek u pohovky. Druhý den večer nám již netekla teplá voda. Ráno už taky ne. Poloha hotelu výborná, dostupnost restaurací, obchodů. Velmi blízko do historického jádra. Personál ochotný a milý. Snídaně, málo prostoru dva/tři stolu pro celý hotel, teplé jídlo žádné, salámy, sýry, marmelády, jogurty. Čaj a káva.

Hôtel central. Personnel très agréable.

Nous avons passé une nuit. Une très bonne surprise. L'accueil était très sympathique ( assez rare pour être souligné, la dame s'est même débrouille pour trouver des jouets à notre fils). La chambre était grande, confortable et propre. Un balcon terrasse. Un petit frigo et de quoi se faire un petit café. Un petit déjeuner très correct. Seul bémol pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur. En résumé, très content de notre étape

No air conditioning, but a fan was provided on request that was sufficient. The hotel only had a small sign in the window, making it difficult to locate on the street. Breakfast (no included in my reservation) was very full and well worth the extra cost. The manager helpfully let me use her computer to check my email.

Very nice quiet placeclose to everything

We arrived very late but room was ther waiting for us. The most comfortable king size bed ever. Checking in and out was a breeze. Excellent location, walking distance to all points of interest, 10 minutes to Barbora. even closer to main square and Vlassky Dvur. Recommend 100%

Don't book this one

I was told there was no room for me when I arrived, even I paid by credit card at hotel.com 2 weeks ago. The lady didn't told me why my room was not available, did not help me to find another hotel or give me other option. When I ask for refund, she just keep telling me to call hotel.com

Skvělé ubytování / chyba HOTELS.COM

Skvělá lokace vily v samotném centru. Krásně moderně zařízené. Velice milý personál (majitelé). Rodinný přístup. Parkování není v ceně, ačkoli za stání na zahradě by si snad nemuseli ani nic účtovat (100 Kč). BOHUŽEL PORTÁL HOTELS.COM CHYBNĚ PŘENÁŠÍ REZERVACE. AČKOLI JSME MĚLI ZAPLACENOU VARIANTU BEZ MOŽNOSTI ZRUŠENÍ + SNÍDANĚ, SNÍDANĚ V CENĚ NEBYLA. Majitelka to vysvětlila tak, že portál chybně nabízí jejich služby, respektive je nabízí za špatnou cenu. Snídani jsme si tam museli ještě doplatit (100 Kč/na osobu na snídani). Takto už vyjde levněji booknutí přímo na webu vily. Chyba na straně tohoto portálu, ne majitelů.

V rámci svého pobytu jsme měli zaplacenou snídani, ale nebyla nám vydána- údajně není zahrnuta v ceně, i když jsem majitelce ukazovala informační e-mail ohledně pobytu, služeb + dokladu o platbě.Dnes jsme napsala reklamaci na vrácení částky za snídani.

visto da fuori sembrerebbe una normale abitazione ma in realtà ci cono camere molto comode molto pulite e sul pianerottolo in condivisione con altre 2 camere un comodo lavandino un frigorifero e il necessario per farvi un caffè / tè la colazione è ottima ,da non sottovalutare il fatto che vi trovate in centro città.

Libušina Villa is in excellent access to the city center and to all the sights you want to visit in Kutná Hora. The pension was cozy and with a very good breakfast, the lady was very kind and advised us where to eat - very good restaurnat nearby. I can only recommend, we were very satisfied. Room 6 is a bit smaller with a sloping roof but we spend all the time outside so it was no problem. Very nice is that there is a small kitchen corner in the corridor where you can use a refrigerator or a kettle.

Nice hotel close within old town

We had a great stay in Kutna Hora. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. We recommend the stay if you are visiting Prague as Kutna Hora isn’t too far from Prague.

Perfect accomodation.

Perfect accomodation in a really nice town. Personal touch inn everything detail inn the appartement. We also enjoyed the breakfast served in the room.
