We stayed for 3 days the room was very comfortable and well equipped, a convenient store nearby with almost everything available to purchase, happy about the choice would consider staying again in the future

Great as a base for Kyoto. Well-equipped small flat where we managed to cook small meals. Having a washing machine was very useful and drying facilities were in the small bathroom. Check-in was in a different building, a five minute walk away, which we hadn’t appreciated till we got to the hotel. The check-in manager was very helpful. There was one 24 hour supermarket, Lawson’s, about 5 mins walk away, where you can get everything you need. Within the flat, soap, shampoo and washing powder, washing up liquid, towels, sponges, etc was provided which was very helpful.

Has kitchen and washing machine that helps a lot for relatively long trip travel. Overall design is great. Will revisit again in future. Please correct the detail info of facility, it does has lift.

The check in is 5 minutes from the hotel very inconvenient i dont recall seeing that in the check in instructions. And it was raining so imagine how bad that can be

お洗濯環境が最高です。

受付が別な場所であったのが不満でしたが急な駐車場のお手配とか承って下さり大変助かりました。 キッチンペーパー、サランラップがあると尚良かったです。常設されている所が多いです。 エアコンはとても快適でしたが、冷蔵庫温度の冷却に難があり、メンテナンスが必要と思いました。 あと折角フロアーモップが常設されているのであれば、ペーパーがあると、お掃除セルフできてより良かったです。 静かな環境で良かったです。 ありがとうございました。

We stayed 2 nights and the stay was great. The room was more like a studio apartment with modern amenities. A washer, refrigerator, kettle, sofa, and a counter top stove. Parking was available on site but is booked very quickly so we stayed at a coin operated location just in front of the hotel. Quick and easy acess to the Kyoto City bus line and not too far from Kyoto Station.

おおむねよかったですが、公式ホームページには無料駐車場とあった敷地駐車場ですが、実際には500円かかったのでどちらを信じればいいかわからなかったです。

施設のスタッフの方の対応もとてもよく室内もお風呂も清潔でまた京都に旅行に行く際はまた利用させて頂きたいと思うくらい素敵なホテルでした｡ 1点マイナス点をあげるとしたら壁がとても薄く上階の方や横に宿泊されてる方の声が聞こえたり夜中の2時まで上階の方がバタバタされてて騒音が酷く中々寝付けなかったのでそこを改善して頂けたらなと思います｡
