I stayed here during the COVID-19 crisis. It’s the best place in Kyoto for a long term stay. Great location, kitchenette, washing machine, close to everything. The staff is excellent, and it is in new condition.

Great hotel for extended stay, It has A large room with small kitchenette. Great location, it’s a 3 minute walk to Gojo station, and a 20 minute walk to Kyoto station. It’s comfortable and clean. It has a bit of an institutional feel, like a dorm. It’s built for high traffic. You can hear clomping from above, but not voices. It’s very affordable. I really like it because I a am staying in Kyoto for awhile, and the large room with kitchenette is perfect for me. There are also two grocery stores within 10 minutes, a minimart across the street, and a McDonald’s 5 minutes away. There are many other Japanese dining options available too.

オートロックのマンションを改造した感じのホテルで、セキュリティーも良いし部屋もキレイでした。1Kの部屋でキッチンがあり、お風呂もトイレもキレイ。地下鉄五条駅の直ぐ側でアクセスも良かった。値段も安かったしすごく良かったです。

Nice budget hotel in the heart of Kyoto

Good budget hotel that's in a nice location. There's very little staff, it has the feel of booking an apartment on airbnb. The rooms are big, definitely apartment sized. Comes with a bathroom, small kitchen and a bedroom. All in all, you get a lot for a very good price!

What a great hotel. Location in Kyoto was great, right next to the subway and bus stop which we were able to use to get everywhere we wanted to go. The room was easily twice the size of the other rooms we stayed in while in Japan, and had a stove, a wash basin, and washing machine. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here while in Kyoto.

パジャマ無いのが残念

部屋の清潔さ、広さなど、宿泊費から考えるとコストパフォーマンスが良く、満足です。 難を言うと、テレビが小さく、PC画面兼用だったことと、パジャマやガウンが無く、またボディー洗い用のスポンジ類が無いのが残念でした。 手軽に、荷物を減らして出かけ、利用する事は難しいところでした。

It's like a small studio which the kitchen and washing machine is included. The room is clean and very quiet. However it takes almost 20 mins walking from Kyoto station, and the nearest subway station is 7~8 mins.

Super clean facility, very helpful and courteous staff. Good speed WiFi and tV and also a computer. Some basic amenities like iron, toaster and crockery in the room would be good. There’s kettle in the room, would be great if some tea bags, creamer and sugar was placed as well. Overall would love to stay again. Thanks
