The apartment was ok. But I think if you are going to advertise as air conditioned, that needs to include the bedrooms. On the first day we needed to go buy fans. Also to have rules limiting seafood cooking seems odd (or else get charged a ‘smell fee’). Not sure how often the pools get cleaned

Not what it looks like !
Very dated property, dark and dingy rooms, curtains were dirty. Presented via site pics as roomy and modern NO it’s small and very dated. Would not stay again!

Apartment was old but clean, comfortable QS beds, heating adequate, but microwave poor, and shower recess needed new door as very difficult to close. A box of tissues would have been welcome! All 3 squeeze wall-mounted bottles of hand wash, shower gel & shampoo/conditioner were very difficult to squeeze, particularly with arthritic hands.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Rates were very good with a great room location. Carparking is very tight with a larger car. The apartment probably needs to be updated, it seemed to be very worn. However we did enjoy our stay.

Emmanuel apartments is well located and our unit was spacious with a good kitchen. The only problem was finding the reception which is in the Comfort Inn office & no-one told us.

The property was spacious and had well appointed bedrooms, dinning and living areas and a functional kitchen. The beds were really comfortable and clean. The sea breeze was lovely through the windows. Excellent views of the river front. It was quite and provided a restful atmosphere for me and my family. Staff were really helpful and accommodating.

Likes: Apartment 6, was lovely. Nicely furnished. Well stocked in the kitchen- with cups, cutlery. All clean. Bedrooms were decent size. Linen was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Liquid soaps provided in the bathroom. Lovely views from living area. Location: great location. Within 5 minute walk to small cafes and Aldi. Main strip of shops/cafes approx 15mins walk away. Receptionist MILK was friendly. Negatives: no flyscreens on the bedroom windows, which meant when i checked into the rooms- windows were wide open, and insects were able to find there way into the room. I found little spiders in my bed. The flyscreen door was broken and kept swinging back and forth in the wind. Parking was abit tight. Stairs: very narrow. Caution is required especially when moving luggage and shopping. Also spiderwebs located on the swimming pool gates and around the pool. Wish it was alittle bit cleaner, Overall would stay again.

Property was very outdated. But it was really smelly stayed at apartment 1, reception was very helpful to give air fresheners and a candle to burn. But the smell was stronger than anything. Disappointing the fact we had to stay overnight with that strong toilety kind of smell:(

Arrived in torrential rain and didnt realise reception was at comfort suites in the front...hopefully signage will be updated so its clearer. Once we got to our room ( via spiral stairs) it was excellent. Apartment was well appointed and spacious.

Before even getting to property was asked to move to upstairs apartment which ended up being ordinary for family access (eg trying to lug bikes up stairs with very little space), air conditioner didn’t even work and was overall worse than what was anticipated. When getting to property, was asked to pay extra $100 and was blamed for booking system in which extra ppl didn’t come up with booking- even though paying for apartment. Receptionist was rude when I told him that it was a last minute booking and we knew little of Lakes Entrance. Internet wifi was horrendous and ended up needing to use self-network which used all of internet data for the month, with 20 days of usage to go. Family needs internet, especially during stormy weather in which couldn’t get outside….poor facilities and outdated, and poor communication all round

When we initially arrived the key was not working properly and it was changed over to a key that was working properly. On the 9th day of our stay, after returning from a day trip to our distress we found a lock smith changing our locks without our knowledge and no supervision thus invading our privacy and concerns about our valuables that we had within the apartment. Disappointed with attitude of management because we were not informed that this would take place Due to this fix taking place on the 9th day this also infers that they left us with a damaged lock for all that time

On arrival we were informed our room was flooded and we were put in a town house. Upon entry we were hit with a musty smell, there was no toilet down stairs, very old unsafe for children, staircase. The kitchen had a very bad fish smell, beds were very uncomfortable and the upstairs toilet was not flushing properly and water was always trying to fill up, making sleep interrupted

Great location! Next to the Northern Arm - water body. Immaculately cleaned and beds and sheets very clean - felt like brand new... This is the place to go and spend those few days in Lake Entrance....

One night stopover
Great little place to stay. Spacious apartment with plenty of beds to decide which one is the right one for you. Good kitchen with necessary crockery, glassware and utencils. Only 2 areas for improvement is quality of wifi reception - it was very poor. A can of insect spray in the apartment would help keep all those flying insects at bay.
